2. The Services

The Site provides information about Studio 19's creative services, including photography, brand identity design, and film production, and allows visitors to submit inquiries. Any engagement for creative services is governed by a separate written services agreement between Studio 19 and the client, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect information from the Site without our written consent.
• Use automated means (bots, spiders, etc.) to access the Site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its contents — including text, graphics, images, photographs, videos, logos, and design elements — are owned by Studio 19 or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any of our trademarks, trade dress, or copyrighted material without our prior written consent.

Portfolio work displayed on the Site is used with the permission of the applicable clients and remains the intellectual property of Studio 19 and/or those clients.

5. Submissions

Any information you submit through the Site (including inquiries, files, references, and messages) is subject to our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Studio 19. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STUDIO 19 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIO 19 AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Studio 19 and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
